Charlotte cake

Ingredients

1 cake round or square (scratch recipe is better)
brandy or amaretto syrup
8 ounces of cream cheese
bavarian cream
29 ounces sliced peaches, drained
fresh strawberries
ladyfingers cookies
ground nuts


Procedure
Cut the cake in the center, in horizontal form.
Apply small amount of syrup to moisten the cake.
Mix cream cheese and bavarian. Put the half of the mixture in the cake.
Put some peaches over the cream in the cake.
Put the other part of the cake over the peaches.
Cover the cake with the other half of bavarian mixture.
Put the peaches and strawberries in the top of the cake.
Cover the sides of the cake with the cookies.
Sprinkle some nuts over the cake.
Cut and serve.
